Many people have been asking me, “what’s happening in the Real Estate market?” The short answer is: not a lot. But that’s not a bad thing under the current circumstances. Simply put, new listings, real estate transactions and the number of actual sales are WAY DOWN, as much as 69% compared to this time last year.
HOWEVER, as you may have read in my newsletter, average sale prices have not changed when compared to April, 2019. This means that you haven’t lost any equity. Contact me and I’ll give you a free neighborhood report showing you the sales in your neighborhood and an evaluation of your home.
Now, here’s the good stuff: for a quick breakdown of the housing figures for April, including sales, prices, and rental transactions, view the latest Market Watch report, housing market charts and infographic by clicking HERE.
- Read the complete and detailed Market Watch report for April 2020 here, a quick overview here, and TRREB’s News Release here.
- View the Housing Market Charts, a series of bar charts that allows you to compare April’s housing figures with those of the previous three years.
I certainly recognize that for some, this information is exactly what they’re looking for and for others, these numbers may be overwhelming and may or may not make sense. For a more detailed explanation or discussion, feel free to contact me anytime. I can be reached by phone or email.
It’s time you knew what it’s like to work with a true professional.
